Yes. LoloLucy is based in Simpsonville, SC and prints custom vinyl banners for customers in Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Greenville and the surrounding Upstate. Free local delivery is available in Simpsonville, Mauldin and Fountain Inn, plus select Greenville-area locations, and local pickup is available in downtown Simpsonville. We also ship within the continental U.S.

The number refers to the weight of the vinyl. Heavier materials generally provide additional strength and durability. 13 oz is our standard vinyl banner and a versatile choice for most everyday projects. 15 oz is a heavier step up for banners that may see more frequent handling, repeated use or extended outdoor display. 18 oz is our heaviest standard vinyl option, for more demanding applications and longer-term installations.

A welded edge, also called a welded hem, is made by folding the outer edge of the vinyl and heat welding it. This creates a reinforced finished edge that is stronger for hanging.

Grommets are metal rings installed along the banner so you can hang it with rope, zip ties, hooks or other hardware.

Our standard spacing is every 2 to 3 feet. You can also choose every 1 to 2 feet, every 6 to 12 inches, corners only, or a custom spacing in inches starting at 6 inches.

Yes. You can place grommets on all four sides, on any combination of sides, on the four corners only, or leave them off. Choose your placement in the estimator.

Pole pockets are pockets built into selected edges of the banner so a pole or rod can slide through for mounting or display. Pole pockets cannot be combined with standard grommets or welded edges.

Wind slits are cut openings that allow some air to pass through the banner. They are approximately 3" x 4" and spaced approximately 14" apart. Actual placement may vary.

Wind slits may be useful for banners installed in areas exposed to wind. They are optional, and they do not guarantee protection from wind damage. If you're not sure, tell us where your banner will hang and we'll help you decide.

Yes, double-sided banner options are available as a specialty configuration. Double-sided printing requires 18 oz vinyl or a specialty banner material. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. Oversized banners are available, but larger sizes may require special production, finishing and freight delivery. Contact us for a custom quote.

Smaller sizes may be possible, but welded finishing is not available on banners under 12" x 12". If the configuration you want is not available in the estimator, contact us.

Yes. The estimator accepts custom dimensions within our standard production range. Enter your width and height in feet and inches for an estimated price.

Standard banner configurations generally have a 2 business day production turnaround. Specialty configurations generally require approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on the project. Production time begins after payment, print-ready artwork and proof approval are complete, and it does not include shipping or delivery time. Production times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.

Yes. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. is $5 for regular estimator orders. The advertised 2' x 4' 13 oz banner special includes free continental U.S. shipping.

Yes. Free local delivery is available in Simpsonville, Mauldin and Fountain Inn, plus select Greenville-area locations. Delivery availability is based on the delivery address. Local pickup in downtown Simpsonville is also available.

Yes. If you need design assistance, choose "I need help creating or preparing my design" when you submit your banner request and we'll follow up with details.

PDF is our preferred file format. JPEG, AI, EPS, and TIFF files are also accepted. For the best print quality, raster artwork should preferably be 300 DPI at full resolution and at the intended print size. RGB artwork is fine, and you do not need to convert RGB artwork to CMYK before sending it to us.

Not sure if your artwork is print ready? Send it to us and we can review it for you.

Send it to us and we can take a look. Resolution depends on both the image itself and the size at which it will be printed. Artwork that looks clear at a small size may become blurry or pixelated when enlarged to banner size because the available image detail is being stretched over a larger area. Simply changing the DPI setting does not add missing detail to a low-resolution image. We can review your artwork at the intended print size and let you know if there may be a quality issue or if additional artwork preparation is recommended.

Yes. Canva artwork is accepted. For the best print quality, please export your design using Canva's PDF Print option. Need help exporting it? See our detailed Canva export instructions below.

1. Click Share in the upper-right corner of Canva.
2. Select Download.
3. Under File type, choose PDF Print, not PDF Standard.
4. Make sure your Canva design is created at the correct proportions for your finished banner. If Canva allows you to create it at the full finished size, that is preferred.
5. If your design contains backgrounds, photos, colors, or other artwork that should print all the way to the edge, make sure those elements extend fully to the edge of the design.
6. Click Download and send us the PDF.
7. We'll review your file before production and let you know if we notice any issues that could affect print quality.

Yes. However, AI-generated images are often created at a relatively low print resolution. An image may look clear on a screen but lose quality when enlarged to banner size. Depending on the design and intended print size, some AI-generated artwork may need to be manually recreated or redesigned before printing. We can review your artwork and let you know if any additional work is needed.
